The Techstars companies in the Boston 2011 class are some of the most diverse of any Techstars program to date.  The group includes a medical device, two ex-captains of the Israeli army, teams from Nashville to Estonia, a founder straight out of college and a founder with 20 years industry experience, and even a Grand Master of Memory.

If you’re an angel investor or VC and would like to come to the event, we still have a few seats left but they’re going fast. We’re expecting more than 300 investors at the event. If you haven’t been to a Techstars Demo Day before, you’re missing out. This isn’t your usual boring pitch event. There are some great and influential investors in the audience, and these companies have come a long way in a short period of time, and we try hard to make the event very fun and efficient. Drop us a note if you’re an investor and would love to attend the event on the morning of June 15th in Boston.

GrabCAD is the first company from Techstars’ 2011 Boston class to announce a round of funding. We have 12 companies in this class, and plenty of other good opportunities will be presented publicly for the first time.

Oh, and just in case you want to be really cool, don’t miss Coolio at the Techstars after-party on June 15th. Hope to see you in Boston soon!
