Techstars Demo Day in NYC last week was our most well attended event ever. Over 400 investors were in the audience of 750 people (with the community in the balcony). The guys from Simply Measured shot over some interesting data based on the 1,609 tweets that happened during the 3 hour event. Those tweets had a reach of 3.5M people, which shows that this audience was incredibly influential (you’d expect that given that the entire NYC venture community and many of our NYC mentors attended). Which companies were the most talked about? This chart shows you.

And this shows you when they were talked about (in demo day presentation order).

Most of the tweets came from the event or the local NYC area, but here is the location data.

Thanks again to Simply Measured for the data and analysis that they sent over.
