Jason Jacobs is the co-founder & CEO of RunKeeper, a mobile fitness platform that incorporates a unique blend of tracking, sharing, analytics, and coaching to enable runners and other fitness enthusiasts to get motivated, stay motivated, and improve their results over time.

RunKeeper started with a smartphone tracking app for runners and cyclists, and built up a large, passionate global community of millions of users. They recently opened up the platform to enable 3rd party apps, devices, and services across a broad range of health categories to integrate, so users can keep all of their health/fitness data in one place.

Prior to founding RunKeeper, Jason worked for 10 years in VC-backed technology companies, always longing for the day when he could start his own. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Babson College, where he was an Olin Fellow.
