Ask PAM, a Techstars Startup Next Montreal alumni in the Hospitality Technology field, is set to pitch before investors and judges at Google’s Mountain View, Calif. headquarters on November 2 for Google Demo Day: Women edition 2016. “Google has received more than 800 applicants from over 65 countries, which is a true testament to the great companies women are building globally,” wrote Google.

Founded by former hospitality concierge expert Pamela Alfred, the Montreal-based startup “Ask PAM” is a web based CRM for hospitality concierges that allows hotels to improve their concierges’ productivity, while engaging with the guests preferred communication channels. Ask PAM is currently operating in 15 cities worldwide (Montreal, Toronto, New York, San Francisco, Dubai, Berlin, Accra and many others) with over 100 Concierges servicing 100k clients yearly.

“It’s a nice feeling to see that people are giving us an opportunity and they’re recognizing what we’re doing,” said Pamela Alfred, the startup’s founder. “It’s been a long process and it hasn’t always been easy. We’ve learned from past experience, we’ve improved and it looks like now is our time. We’re ready to take this on.”
