Local Seattle startup Gist announced today that they are acquiring the Startup Weekend app “Learn That Name.” The idea was pitched last August in Redmond by Eric Koester a local lawyer firm Cooley Godward Kronish.

There will be a live demo of the new feature within Gist at Seattle Startup Weekend this weekend by Gist CEO, TA McCann and Learn Than Name CEO Eric Koester.
This is certainly a great story for the Learn that Name team as well as an exciting new feature for Gist.
