Her breadth of experience in brand development, coupled with her marketing experience, drive the company’s growth strategies and best practices. And as a seasoned advertising professional with a diverse client and industry portfolio, she guides the development of game-changing solutions that drive business success.
Prior to joining United Shore, Barbara was the Chief Marketing Officer of Campbell Ewald, and Chief Growth Officer of McCann North America where she led the business
development, marketing communications and was instrumental in repositioning the agencies among key growth prospects. Before Campbell Ewald and McCann, Barbara was EVP, Group Managing Director at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal & Partners leading integrated marketing initiatives for agency clients including Vanguard and TJX Corporation. Previously, she held positions with Doner, McDonald’s Corporation, Hair Cuttery, and Ally & Gargano.
Skilled at team leadership, Barbara tests and perfects her strategies with “Team Yolles” — a.k.a her six sons. In between her kids’ school, soccer and swim team, she enjoys traveling, runs competitively and plays classical piano.
