Eric Harber is the President of VoloSpark, LLC, which provides strategy, management, and technology services to accelerate growth at cloud-based, SaaS, marketplace, and mobile companies.
Previously, Eric built and launched a new mobile payment and mobile point of sale (mPOS) product and business for Amazon. Prior to this role, Eric was the President & COO of Hipcricket, where he led the SaaS software company from < $1M to over $25M in annual revenues, took it public, and eventually successfully sold it. He also grew revenues, customers, and employees 10X at two other technology companies leading to successful exits. Eric has led multiple successful products, companies, and exits including acquisitions of ~$300M, $70M, 1200% investor return, and IPOs with $1 Billion+ valuations. He leverages a well-rounded background with start-ups (e.g. Qpass, Motricity, and ChannelAdvisor) and large publicly traded organizations (e.g. Amazon, Amdox, and Accenture). Eric serves on a number of boards/advisory boards and is an active community and charity volunteer. Eric earned a BS in Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Duke University.
