Eric Latalladi is MetLife's Global Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President for Global Infrastructure and Technology Operations. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic vision and execution across MetLife's global infrastructure, engineering, service operations, quality assurance and maintenance support for production applications. Prior to MetLife, Eric worked at the wealth management company, J.B. Hanauer & Co. as their CTO starting in 2000, and as their Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 2006 - 2008. In 2008, Eric began working for the Royal Bank of Canada as its Head of U.S. Infrastructure Integration. In this new position, Eric was responsible for the technology and operational aspects of the bank's mergers and acquisitions practice, its subsequent infrastructure integration, and global due diligence. He was then promoted to the Global Head of Telecommunications Engineering where he led the design and engineering of RBC's global voice and data network. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business. Eric currently serves on the Advisory Boards for several large technology companies.
