Gayatri Sarkar is a General Partner at SportVEST and serving as an integral member of the Fund’s Advisory Board. SportVEST is a Venture Capital Fund. Our hybrid model is partially tokenized, with the fund focused on both traditional and digital assets with the aim of shaping the global sports ecosystem by investing in innovative and groundbreaking companies at Post-Seed / Pre-Series A stage. SportVEST is also a venture arm of NFLA.

She founded a consulting and a technology startup and is the board of directors for multiple companies in the AI, healthcare, sports, renewable energy sectors in US and EU. Previously worked for Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, HP, IBM, Goldman Sachs and the EU bank. She writes about blockchain, hard tech, sport tech investment, venture capital in Hackernoon and other publishing media and author of “Word from the Block” blog. She is a mentor at MIT Martin Trust Centre, MIT Launch, Plug and Play, Mass challenge, Alchemist Accelerator and mentor/ faculty at Singularity University. She is also a keynote venture capital speaker at multiple Global conferences. She has degree in Physics with an MBA in operations management. She studied behavioral finance at Harvard Kennedy School and Private Equity from Wharton. She chairs multiple development and fundraising alumni board of Harvard Kennedy School.
