Before Rival IQ, Greg was Head of Customer Success and co-founder at Pro.com, Director of Customer Wow at Assistly (now Desk.com/acquired by Salesforce), and Customer Experience Manager at Gist (acquired by BlackBerry). Greg also worked at T-Mobile and Expedia and began his career in the startup world at Allaire (acquired by Macromedia) working on one of the web's first application server platforms.

Greg has a B.S. (Double Major) in American History and Studio Art from Williams College, an M.A. in American History from Brandeis, and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington in Technology Management.
