Over the past 15 years, Michael P. Zeisser has been fortunate to play a part in the emergence of the consumer internet industry, both as a senior deal-maker at Liberty Media and a Partner with McKinsey & Company.   Michael builds on this unique experience to identify and invest in sustainable digital media businesses, and to guide traditional organizations in adapting strategies and management processes to the digital media environment.

Michael is an investor and strategist who works with entrepreneurs and senior executives to grow consumer businesses in and around the digital transition of consumer media, retail, and services.  Michael served as the Senior Vice President of Liberty Interactive Corporation (formerly, Liberty Media Corporation) for 10 years, focused on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business development for Liberty Interactive and its affiliated businesses throughout the world.

Over the past five years, he has led numerous merger and acquisition transactions in digital media, gaming, and commerce both domestically and abroad and deployed over $1.2 billion in equity for Liberty Interactive. Mr. Zeisser was fortunate to play a part in the emergence of the consumer internet industry, both as a Senior Deal-Maker at Liberty Interactive and a Partner with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Zeisser is an active director on many boards and has served on others including Fun Technologies Inc., Shutterfly, Inc., Game Show Network, LLC, Open Gaming Ltd., Open Play (BVI) Ltd., Betting Corp. He has written extensively on the impact of digital media on marketing, commerce and advertising. He earned a Business degree with honors from the University of Strasbourg, France and an M.B.A. with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was a Procter & Gamble International Academic Scholar.
