With Rachel, launched and developed ROI Ventures’ incubator (Return on Inspiration Labs, LLC) and its media arm (ROI Distributed, LLC).
Was CEO of Civitas, a communication and marketing firm for the early childhood field that was founded by the former president of Harpo Entertainment.
Began her career at Teach For America, where she served for three years as the Vice President of National Programs after having been a TFA Charter Corps Member in the South Bronx.
Graduated from Tufts University.
Inducted into the Chicago Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in 2012.
Frequent public speaker and guest lecturer at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
