Announcing 12 startups in the Techstars Farm to Fork Class of 2023

We couldn’t be more excited to introduce the 12 remarkable companies comprising the 2023 Techstars Farm to Fork class. This marks our sixth year of collaborating with Ecolab on this program and we are eager to see what the 2023 class can do!

Each year, the importance of addressing the challenges in our food system becomes more apparent. The founders in our 2023 class are working to solve how we sustainably feed our growing population as safely and efficiently as possible by innovating in everything from restaurant and manufacturing technology to innovative solutions for animal health. This class is coming from around the world to solve pain points across global boundaries. Entrepreneurs will travel to the Twin Cities from countries including Nigeria and Australia, and even a local Minnesota-based company.

Since the first Farm to Fork formally launched in 2018, 64 companies have received world-class mentorship from the Techstars team and industry leaders in the food tech space. Over 95% of the Farm to Fork portfolio is active or has been acquired. We can’t wait to see where this class goes!
