Dave Cass

Dave Cass is the Managing Director for the Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator. As an investor, Dave is committed to supporting founders and companies who are deeply committed to solving problems in the modern workforce and maximizing human potential. As a coach, he focuses on helping founders reach their own maximum potential. Dave is also an adjunct faculty member at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder (Go Buffs!).

He lives in Boulder, CO, with his wife, two daughters, and, of course, a golden retriever. Prior to working at Techstars, Dave was a Techstars founder (Kaplan 2013) and mentor. Previously, Dave served as an officer and aviator in the U.S. Navy.
