Meet the 11 Startups of Techstars Boulders' 2021 Class

Jan 19, 2021

By Andres Barreto, Managing Director of the Techstars Boulder Accelerator

We are happy to announce the Techstars Boulder Class of 2021, the fourteenth year of the Techstars Boulder accelerator that has already helped over 150 companies who have collectively raised over $1.2B. With this year’s companies we will officially have 161 alumni startups.

There are a few exciting changes for this year of our accelerator program. We will be running the Techstars Boulder 100% remote this time around, and this will be my first program as Techstars Boulder's new Managing Director, precisely ten years after I myself went through a Techstars accelerator as an entrepreneur.

And, operating our program in a remote format is allowing us to work with extraordinary founders regardless of their locations. We have founders participating in the program from across North America, Latin America, and East Asia. We are also excited that over half the companies are led by diverse founders from underrepresented backgrounds.

The business models and markets are also quite diverse, including D2C E-Commerce, Education, B2B SaaS, Financial Services, Security, and Developer Tools.

Each of these companies went through a rigorous screening and selection process that lasted several weeks before coming out on top. We selected the teams that were most obsessed with solving their customers’ pain and that also demonstrated the ability to execute the fastest.

Welcome, Techstars Boulder Class of 2021.
