Senior Program Manager

Allison Kitain is a Senior Program Manager at Techstars based in Los Angeles, where she currently runs the USC & Techstars and Techstars Space accelerator programs. She previously led Techstars Los Angeles and Techstars Healthcare, bringing her total to four programs across eleven cohorts. She has supported 120+ founding teams on fundraising, sales, go-to-market strategy, founder dynamics, and pitch development, while managing a partner network that includes NASA JPL, USC, JP Morgan, Cedars Sinai, UnitedHealthcare, and the United States Space Force. Before joining Techstars, Allison spent the first six years of her career in entertainment, with a focus on comedy development. She's a Northwestern grad who loves building programs that help founders turn big ideas into real companies.
