Kate Alexander

VP, Product & Engineering

Kate Alexander is VP of Product & Engineering at Techstars, where she leads the teams building the tools and systems that power the organization. She joined Techstars in 2023 after a career spanning customer success, operations, and product across SaaS and fitness industries. She was the founding customer success hire at TrueCoach (Techstars Chicago '16), where she helped grow the company from pre-seed through acquisition. She later served as VP of Customer Operations at Xplor, leading the centralization of operations across a portfolio of acquired brands. At CrossFit, she spearheaded the affiliate success program and launched the affiliate owner toolkit — a platform used by gym owners worldwide. Outside of her professional career, Kate splits her time between Boulder and Summit County, Colorado with her husband and Boston Terrier, Charlie. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, snowboarding, cycling, and playing music. Kate is also a five-time CrossFit Games competitor, placing 5th with the Reebok team at the 2017 Games.
