I’m a builder. I thrive when motivating teams through the unknown, and am at my best when applying a strategic talent lens to critical business challenges. I’ve served as a global head of people, head of portfolio talent, and helped to lead a company applying AI to the HR vertical to acquisition. I love complexity and unique resourcing challenges. I helped to scale Techstars venture and operating businesses across 21 countries and advised and built services for a venture portfolio of more than 2000 companies globally. I'm a mom to two amazing girls and am passionate about mentorship and building better systems for women and families.
