The Techstars Investment Platform is designed to systematically deliver lower volatility and consistent returns through diversified geographic and thematic exposure. Our platform presents several investment opportunities for investors including Accelerator, Venture, and Direct Investing. Our Accelerator Fund strategy invests on standard, defined terms in pre-seed stage companies that participate in Techstars Accelerator Programs. Our Venture Fund strategy invests in follow-on financing rounds of Techstars Accelerator graduates. Techstars also provides investors with the opportunity to Invest Directly into Seed through Growth Stage financing rounds raised by Techstars portfolio companies.
