The Techstars Spring 2026 Accelerator programs are fully underway, bringing together a diverse group of high-growth startups from across the globe. While every team underwent a rigorous selection process to earn their spot, four of these companies arrived with a head start.
For Arul Health, Jam, Plexus, and Avarie Femcare, the accelerator journey actually began before their Spring 2026 program officially kicked off. These founders first refined their business models, sharpened their pitches, and validated their target markets through Techstars Founder Catalyst, a 10-week pre-accelerator program designed to help early-stage founders gain the tools, mentorship, and support to launch and grow successful startups.
Founder Catalyst is a part-time program delivered virtually, in person, or in a hybrid format. It provides core foundational knowledge and connection to the Techstars network, helping founders take the crucial next step without requiring them to give up equity upfront.
This model allows Techstars to nurture promising ideas in specific regional and university ecosystems, preparing them for the intense pace of the equity-backed accelerator programs.

The journey from Founder Catalyst to a Techstars Accelerator is more than just a transition; it’s a launchpad. By the time these four teams reached their accelerator programs, they had already proven their resilience and market fit. Now, they have the full weight of the Techstars network behind them to scale that foundation.
We look forward to June, when the 12-week accelerator programs culminate in Demo Day. The ongoing success of Arul Health, Jam, Plexus, and Avarie Femcare underscores the core value of Techstars: providing the right support at the right stage.
