TOKYO (August 20, 2025) – Techstars Tokyo Accelerator, powered by JETRO and Mitsui Fudosan is proud to unveil the 12 companies selected for the second class of the Techstars Tokyo Accelerator. We kicked off on August 18, 2025. Building on the momentum of our inaugural year, this new class represents an impressive wave of innovation across artificial intelligence, robotics, digital infrastructure and sustainability, with a shared ambition to shape the future from Tokyo to the world.

With applications doubling compared to last year, the 2025 class represents a significant leap forward for Techstars Tokyo. This year’s selection process was significantly more competitive than last year, and the final 12 companies reflect that intensity. These are high-caliber founding teams building bold solutions across sectors like deep tech, AI-driven productivity, sustainable ocean tech, and digital manufacturing, each poised to make a global impact.

Demo Day is scheduled on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, where founders will have an opportunity to pitch their businesses to a community of mentors and potential investors. This is an invitation-only event.

This year’s class is not only technically excellent but also has strong global potential. We’re thrilled to support them through our mentorship-driven accelerator program. Here are the 12 startups selected for the 2025 Techstars Tokyo Accelerator:
