The “Facilitator Checklist” is a free and fun project management tool hosted in Trello to help you check off important tasks when they’re completed and help you stay on track. You’ll find useful links and reminders in each task. Please make sure that you make a copy of the template. You can assign deadlines to tasks to make sure that you’re checking off every task that needs to be completed as part of your role as a Startup Weekend facilitator.
